311 · Sophisticated Waterfront Getaway: Pool, Balcony, and Serene Views

The view and comfort was awesome Positive: Location is lovely, guard at gate was pleasant and remembered us every time. Balcony was a plus. Apartment had enough towels, blankets A.C was great. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. TV in both living and bedroom. Tiki bar by pool has finger food & drinks, $$ pool was nice, not to cold or hot. 4'-7.5' a plus towels & restrooms available. Beautiful ambiance at night. Negative: Shower curtain needs washing, the bottom part was dirty. The smell when you walk in, not sure if its outside water or cleaning products but its not a dirty smell more like an oceany damp. That i couldbt go into the bay/ocean.

Good and relaxing with a few issues. Positive: View, easy to get to, secure, laid back, Bar Negative: There was a weird smell in the room. The sliding door handle was loose and falling off. One of the chairs had two bolts missing and was unstable, the toilet was dirty/stained.

Cozy, convenient, and a gorgeous view! Positive: The property had a really great location. It was only minutes away from the airport and surrounded by a lot of eateries and shopping. The view was amazing. It was really nice to cook breakfast and sit outside on the patio and eat. The property was very clean and the security was good as well. The swing on the beach was nice as well to watch the sunset or just as a quiet place. We brought our teenagers and just had really nice family time. Our host also was gracious enough to leave us with a robust bottle of red wine. It was delicious and right on time! Negative: The sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable, but the room bed was very comfortable.

Positive: Nice view Negative: The doors wouldn’t lock felt unsafe and had to book different rooms

Positive: Easy check in with a code and simple check out. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Room was roomy for two people. Large window & sliding doors provided great view (some obstructions but overall a great view.) Balcony large enough for two chairs and small table plus a table with two bar stools. Great property amenities. Highly recommend staying at this property in 311!
